ATDO requires that its members have 'a good commercial reputation' and that they comply with its code of conduct for track days. We are unable to become involved with complaints about anything else. We are also unable to investigate complaints about non-members.
Under our disciplinary code complaints have to be made in writing. That includes e-mail. Whether you send us a letter or an e-mail please ensure that you give us your name, postal address and a contact telephone number.
Complaints about breaches of the Code of Conduct should be sent to the addresses below:

We will always tell you whether we are able to investigate your complaint. If we are it may take some considerable time to go through the processes. We will then tell you the outcome of our investigation or explain the reason we are unable to do so.
Whether or not we are able to investigate your complaint we want to receive it.
We need to know how our members conduct themselves.
